At Paper Street Dolls we create contemporary home and party décor with a traditional twist. Everything is designed, handmade, hand painted or marbled by us in our studio in Glasgow's east end.

🌈 Inspired to make decorations with character, we focus on colour, technique and quality with thoughtful consideration and attention to detail at every stage of creation.

We support local and small business, and source almost all our paper, card and materials from U.K. mills and suppliers, keeping our quality high and consistent.

With sustainability at the forefront, all décor is environmentally conscious using long lasting but eventually biodegradable or recyclable materials sourced with the lowest carbon footprint possible. From FSC certified materials, to card recycled form old coffee cups(!) we constantly strive to create a balance between using sustainable materials with the greatest longevity of the final piece. While so much of our décor looks delicate, its much tougher than it looks - a great example of this is our original sample garlands we made back in 2015, still going strong as the day they were made, hanging colourfully in our studio.

We make fun modern décor reflecting our love of art, colour, celebrations and pop-culture, perfect for any celebration & can fulfil custom orders with specific colour ranges - your wedding, party or home has a specific colour palette? We can help! The range currently includes seasonal and year-round wall hangings, garlands, baubles, tassels, banners and DIYs.

Info about some of our materials:

• All tissue paper used is acid-free, lignin free and ph neutral - meaning its good for the environment, non-yellowing and won’t get brittle!
• All wall hangings use sanded oak dowels which are FSC and PEFC certified.
• One of the various recycled and sustainable cards and papers we love to work with is Bockingford watercolour paper from St. Cuthbert's Mill. Check out how they keep tradtion alive by making this paper here.
