We'd been brewing on this one for some time then a visit from a peacock butterfly finally set us in motion creating this butterfly garland. 🦋

You don't have to live in the countryside to embrace nature.
We're Glasgow born and raised and nature truly is all around us in a city.
We love being open to looking and recognising our natural neighbours wherever we are.

• ✏️🎨 Our butterfly garland features 8 original illustrations in pencil and gouache of butterflies commonly found in Glasgow.
  
• ✂️🧵 Once illustrated we prepped the images for riso printing then cut the printed butterflies out before sewing the shapes into a paper garland.
• 🦋 Butterflies featured are: Orange Tip, Red Admiral, Small Copper, Small Tortoiseshell, Peacock.
